POUR-OVER IS NOT JUST COFFEE; IT IS AN ART, AN INDISPENSABLE PART OF LIFE.
What is Pour-Over?
Pour-over coffee, also known as filtered coffee or drip coffee, is made by pouring hot water onto ground coffee beans. This allows the water to seep through and extract the chemical compounds within the coffee. The brewed coffee, containing these compounds, then passes through a
filter paper
and into a server
held at the bottom. The brewing process typically takes around 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on various factors. Ultimately, a fine, aromatic coffee can be enjoyed by oneself or shared with family and friends.
